You can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals. Cancelling stops the next yearly charge; your current year stays active until it ends.
If you change your mind, we offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase as long as no cards or flowers have been sent. After that, payments are non-refundable, but you'll keep receiving everything through the end of your paid year.
